As Senior Manager of Paid Acquisition, you will own Apollo's performance marketing engine across all paid channels. You'll lead a team of channel specialists driving scalable, efficient growth through Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit), Connected TV, Audio, OOH, and emerging channels. Operating as both strategic architect and hands-on operator, you'll set the vision for how paid acquisition fuels Apollo's growth while remaining deeply engaged with data and results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of paid channel specialists
- Managing an 8-figure annual budget with focus on efficiency, incrementality, and pipeline contribution
- Building and evolving Apollo's measurement and attribution framework, including pixel configurations, CAPI integrations, and marketing mix modeling
- Driving systematic testing and experimentation across creative, audience, bid strategy, landing pages, and channel mix
- Cross-functional partnership with Creative, Brand, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams
- Owning forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting for senior leadership
- Managing relationships with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors
- Championing both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) acquisition motions
Required qualifications: 10+ years in performance marketing with significant B2B SaaS experience; proven track record managing large, complex media budgets at high-growth companies; deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and offline channels; strong command of tracking, attribution, pixel setup, server-side/CAPI configurations, and multi-touch attribution models; analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Looker and Amplitude; experience building and mentoring senior individual contributors; excellent communication skills for translating complex data into executive narratives.
