Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the strategic evolution of its communication platform and data infrastructure. You will own the marketing operations ecosystem end-to-end, from automation workflows and data architecture to advanced experimentation and reporting, while directly managing the Dev & Deployment team responsible for building and shipping campaigns.
In this role, you will operate with high autonomy, partnering closely with Marketing Technology, Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering to power campaigns, journeys, and automations that are precise, personalized, and results-driven. You'll build and develop the Dev & Deployment team, setting priorities, reviewing build quality, and growing technical capabilities across direct reports and contractors. You'll own resourcing and workload planning across template/campaign builds, journey development, and infrastructure work, aligned to Lifecycle Marketing's OKRs.
Key responsibilities include building scalable, reusable infrastructure with cross-functional partners to reduce ad hoc builds and integrate AI across the patient lifecycle; owning campaign operations end-to-end covering deliverability, resourcing, timelines, QA, and stakeholder communication across email, SMS, and push; serving as the internal platform expert on Iterable and supporting tools (Mailgun, Twilio); and designing and running experimentation frameworks, including AI-powered A/B and multivariate testing, to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
You'll document processes, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure workflows and data integrations meet HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. You'll evaluate emergent AI tools and bring new channels and contextual personalization into the patient journey, grounded in behavioral data.
Required qualifications: 7–10 years owning a marketing automation platform as a technical operator (not just campaign builder), managing the platform's technical backbone including data feeds, API integrations, event schemas, and content/template infrastructure. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data warehouses (Snowflake or similar), CDPs, CRM systems, and real-time event tracking/streaming pipelines. Iterable proficiency strongly preferred; experience with Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, or Marketo considered. Solutions architecture experience designing how marketing systems connect to product, data engineering, and clinical/operational systems. Comfort operating in a regulated healthcare environment with HIPAA familiarity strongly preferred. Working knowledge of applying AI/ML models in lifecycle marketing.
