Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 / annual
Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security and management, is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to report to the Senior Director of Internal Communications and support the Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO/Sales) team.
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy tailored to the global sales organization, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. You'll work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to keep the field informed, engaged, and positioned for success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive internal communications plan for WWFO, supporting sales goals and company priorities
- Support executive communications for WWFO leaders through town halls, leadership updates, and other formats
- Create engaging, audience-focused content across multiple formats (emails, videos, newsletters, intranet posts, slide decks)
- Own planning and delivery of key WWFO communications campaigns, including product launches, enablement initiatives, and strategic updates
- Manage WWFO-related intranet content and communication channels, leveraging data to optimize reach and engagement
- Gather feedback from WWFO teams through surveys and polls to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and manage communications during organizational changes or urgent situations
- Partner across teams (Enablement, Product, Marketing, Legal, HR) to maintain messaging consistency
- Share stories, wins, and highlights from the sales team to reinforce company culture and celebrate success
- Develop and track success metrics to evaluate communications effectiveness (reach, engagement, comprehension, sentiment, business impact)
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency
You should have direct experience with executive communication strategy development, change management communications, crisis/sensitive communications, and building campaigns that drove measurable engagement. Experience managing communications for global audiences, strong understanding of sales organizations, and familiarity with AI-enabled communication processes are highly valued.
