Brex is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM AI Engineer to lead the creation of a governed, production-grade AI capability for the entire go-to-market organization. This is a net-new, high-impact role combining strategy, engineering, and embedded partnership. You will own the internal sales enablement AI roadmap, deciding what gets built, prioritized, and sunset across the enablement lifecycle (certification, onboarding, content, coaching, ramp). You'll personally write, review, and ship production code—not hand off specs to engineering—building AI tooling for GTM representatives using Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages with LLM/agentic application experience. Key responsibilities include: • Setting the prioritization framework for AI applications and tooling across enablement, making strategic build-vs-buy decisions for third-party vendors (Gong, Itero, Highspot) versus in-house development on Brex's AI stack (Claude, etc.). • Building and standardizing GTM's AI tooling stack with a bias toward governance and simplicity—three trusted tools rather than fifteen overlapping ones. • Developing deep domain fluency in sales processes, pipeline stages, CRM workflows, quota mechanics, and call quality to identify where AI creates real leverage versus solving non-problems. • Driving adoption, not just deployment—ensuring tools are actually used by sales teams daily, not just live. • Operating with high autonomy and ambiguity, defining the roadmap while collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering. You'll report into GTM Enablement leadership and serve as a lynchpin between Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering. The role is based in one of Brex's five hubs (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Vancouver) with hybrid flexibility: minimum three coordinated days in-office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) plus up to four weeks per year fully remote. Required: 4+ years combining hands-on go-to-market (Revenue Ops or Enablement) with 1+ year building sales-technology domain work. Proven ability to ship production code that sales teams rely on daily. Real fluency in sales processes and domain knowledge. Track record of defining and measuring success metrics. Experience driving adoption. Comfort with high autonomy and ambiguity.
