Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice specializing in women's and children's health, offering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. The company combines 24/7 clinical care with technology to identify risks early and deliver personalized care nationwide. As Senior Manager of Growth Marketing for New Ventures, you will drive new patient acquisition by building, testing, and scaling offline and partner channels from the ground up. Your primary responsibilities include: • Partner with the Head of Growth to develop and execute full-funnel DTC growth strategy spanning new patient acquisition and lifecycle marketing • Own acquisition channels and manage day-to-day execution across offline and partner channels including podcast, radio, connected TV, direct mail, and affiliate partnerships • Build a high-velocity testing and optimization engine—create ads, run iterative tests, and synthesize data and qualitative insights to drive rapid learning and efficiency • Manage and optimize the acquisition marketing budget, balancing new patient acquisition targets with CAC efficiency • Lead and manage key agency relationships and external partners, holding them accountable for performance improvements • Partner with Product to identify funnel friction points and optimize end-to-end conversion rates • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure marketing builds patient trust and supports high patient satisfaction goals You bring 3-5 years of DTC growth marketing experience with deep hands-on expertise in acquisition marketing (retention experience is a plus). You have proven success in 0-1 growth environments, testing and scaling channels from scratch, and operating offline channels and partnerships. You are a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to test, and balances brand building with performance metrics. You combine analytical rigor (forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis) with creative ideation, and communicate complex insights clearly across cross-functional and external teams. Experience in women's health or regulated industries, plus comfort with content creation, are valued additions.
