Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth to lead cohort growth strategy and maximize player volume and lifetime value across the customer lifecycle. You will execute new player acquisition and retention strategies, partnering closely with the Senior Director of Growth to bridge Marketing, Product, and Analytics functions. Key responsibilities include owning day-to-day management of new player cohorts with focus on maximizing Initial Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and Day-1 to Day-30 lifetime value (LTV). You will conduct data-driven cohort analysis by acquisition source to identify high-value trends and report CAC and early-life ROI metrics to leadership. As a cross-functional bridge, you'll align Acquisition Marketing, Brand, and Analytics teams to ensure promotional spend matches volume targets and commercial budgets. You'll maintain real-time performance dashboards tracking new player base growth and forecasting acquisition pipeline health. Required: 7+ years in growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle strategy, ideally in Casino, iGaming, or high-frequency subscription/digital environments. You need proven track record driving measurable improvements in retention and LTV through segmented, data-informed campaigns. Strong cohort analysis and data interpretation skills are essential, with ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for cross-functional partners. You should be comfortable with both high-level lifecycle planning and tactical campaign execution details, and have solid understanding of regulated gaming landscape.
