Scopely, a global mobile gaming publisher, is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Compensation Programs to join the Total Rewards team. This is a strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of compensation strategy and operations. You will partner closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners to design, develop, and manage compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and scalable across Scopely's global organization. Key responsibilities include: - Develop, design, and manage global compensation programs and processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across the company - Lead annual compensation cycles, benchmarking exercises, salary structure design, incentive plans, equity programs, and job leveling initiatives - Collaborate with HR partners and systems teams to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and technology enhancements - Conduct global market analysis using external survey methodologies and translate market data into actionable insights - Build compensation dashboards and executive-ready presentations that inform strategic decisions - Monitor program effectiveness and recommend revisions to maintain competitiveness, pay equity, and fiscal responsibility - Mentor and develop team members, leading through ambiguity and organizational change You will report to the Vice President of Compensation and may travel to Mexico as needed. This role requires someone who combines analytical rigor with strong stakeholder management skills—someone who can turn complex compensation data into clear narratives for audiences ranging from HR partners to C-suite executives. Required qualifications: - 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in fast-paced, complex environments - 3+ years leading compensation programs and operations - Outstanding communication skills; ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives - Strong analytical capabilities with experience building models and interpreting complex datasets - Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Experience advising senior individual contributors, managers, and business leaders - Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations with competing deadlines Bonus: Prior experience managing, mentoring, or coaching team members.
