The Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), who leads Customer Success, Care Operations, Operations Intelligence, Global, Implementation, and Member Engagement Strategy. This role provides financial leadership across the CCO organization and owns FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the company's balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting for the CCO organization
- Own monthly budget-versus-actual analysis with clear articulation of performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models connecting operating drivers to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow outcomes
- Deliver timely, accurate forecasts and ad hoc analyses supporting business needs and strategic priorities
- Serve as primary strategic finance partner to the CCO and leadership team across multiple functions
- Translate operating performance and business priorities into clear financial insights and recommendations
- Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Partner with functional leaders to evaluate resource allocation, efficiency initiatives, and growth opportunities
- Identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities across forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
- Build and scale reusable AI workflows improving forecast narratives, management reporting, and financial analyses
- Track adoption and measure impact of AI-enabled workflows on planning efficiency and forecast quality
- Build scalable reporting and planning processes improving visibility into key financial and operating drivers
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and data teams to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting
Success metrics include delivering accurate, timely forecasts with clear visibility into material risks and opportunities; leading effective annual planning and forecasting processes; providing actionable financial guidance; maintaining clear balance-sheet and cash-flow reporting; and demonstrating measurable improvements in planning efficiency through AI-enabled workflows.
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-person at the NYC office, with occasional travel for team or company events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Finance Operations, consulting, or related roles, with significant experience leading transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience serving as a finance business partner to senior executives and translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations
- Strong experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis in complex or rapidly growing organizations
- Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools thoughtfully to improve financial analysis, workflows, and decision support while maintaining appropriate human review and validation
- Strong understanding of relationships among income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows
- Ability to operate effectively across Finance, Accounting, Data, and business teams and influence decisions
- Strong executive communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise insights and recommendations
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple competing priorities
