Nymbus is a fintech leader providing modern core banking platforms and cloud-based technology to financial institutions. The Senior Manager, Field & Influence Marketing owns the strategic marketing channels that drive growth in the enterprise banking market: analyst and consultant relations, PR and industry press, account-based marketing to named target accounts, customer and peer advocacy, and product marketing narrative. This role reports to the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer and manages the Events Manager. The position is designed to be adaptive and cross-functional, moving fluidly across multiple channels rather than owning a single discipline. Key responsibilities include: **Analyst & Consultant Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with key analysts and consultants (Gartner, Aite-Novarica, Cornerstone Advisors, Datos Insights, Celent, and similar) who influence bank and credit union board decisions. Own a regular briefing cadence with executives, lead industry rankings and award submissions, and track analyst sentiment as a business leading indicator. **PR & Communications**: Own external communications strategy focused on trade press outlets (American Banker, Banking Dive, CU Times). Draft press releases and executive communications, build direct relationships with reporters and editors covering bank/CU technology, and support crisis communications. **Account-Based Marketing**: Build and execute marketing programs against Nymbus's named target account list. Partner with Sales to identify what specific target CEOs and boards need to see or hear to advance deals. Maintain working knowledge of target accounts and develop sales enablement materials including account-specific collateral and talking points. **Customer & Peer Advocacy**: Build referral and advocacy programs that enable prospective CEOs to hear directly from existing Nymbus customers. Identify and activate customer references and peer introductions. **Product Marketing Narrative**: Translate platform capabilities into board-ready, risk-mitigated narratives in partnership with Product. **Marketing Operations**: Build and maintain a marketing technology stack suited to a named-account, relationship-driven model. Manage marketing operations and budget to support priorities. **Team Leadership**: Lead and develop the Events Manager. Ensure peer conferences and roundtables—high-trust channels—are leveraged effectively. Nymbus operates as a remote-first company with occasional travel required for client engagements and team planning. Working hours primarily align with Eastern Time Zone; candidates in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. The company operates with an AI-first mindset and emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and execution.
