Cyera is building an EMEA Events Centre of Excellence and seeking a Senior Manager to lead this initiative. The company operates at the intersection of AI security and data protection, serving Fortune 1000 enterprises. This role owns the operating engine behind a high-volume events programme of 60-100 events annually across EMEA, including flagship conferences, road shows, and marquee security events.
You will standardize how Cyera plans, executes, measures, and amplifies events to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive pipeline and revenue. Working alongside Field Marketing Managers and Partner Marketing teams, you'll provide playbooks, agency networks, content engines, and performance insights that enable every event to succeed.
Key responsibilities include: operationalizing and scaling the events programme with standard processes, templates, budgets, and vendor frameworks; supporting regional Field and Partner Marketing managers with delivery and best practices; owning event performance and ROI tracking (pipeline sourced, opportunity creation, cost per opportunity, account coverage); managing the EMEA agency ecosystem across event, production, creative, and video services; building event content through real-time capture and short-form social assets; partnering across marketing and sales functions for aligned messaging and pipeline handoff; creating and leading a branded EMEA road show with regional communities; leading the EMEA Customer Advisory Board and executive briefing centre programmes; and building and growing a high-performing events team as the programme scales.
You are an operator, analyst, and storyteller who reports honestly on ROI, doubles down on what works, and pivots or cuts underperformers. You bring great energy, team mindset, and make those around you better. Success in the first 12 months includes: a documented, adopted events operating model; a single view of event performance reviewed quarterly with leadership; a preferred agency and video partner model; a repeatable event-to-content workflow; a branded EMEA road show launched in priority markets with partner forums and locally relevant content; an EMEA Customer Advisory Board and EBC programme running to global standards; and a team structure and hiring plan agreed and underway.
REQUIREMENTS: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, educational qualifications, or specific certifications required. However, the role expects demonstrated expertise in: events operations and scaling at enterprise scale; pipeline and ROI measurement and analytics; agency management and vendor negotiation; cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales; team building and leadership; and ability to drive innovation in event formats and technology.
