As Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you will lead Checkr's Enterprise segment (5K-100K employee companies) and manage a team of 6-9 Senior Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives. You'll report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales and own both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing enterprise sales strategy to accelerate growth and market share capture; managing and coaching a team of enterprise AEs to ensure productivity and goal achievement; establishing strategic relationships with prospects across the US to progress deal cycles; collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and revenue operations to refine go-to-market strategies; driving process improvements to increase team productivity; and representing Checkr at industry and marketing events as a subject matter expert. You'll be accountable for revenue objectives and KPIs, building a strong sales culture focused on teamwork and results, and navigating complex multi-million dollar contract negotiations. The role requires establishing key internal relationships across product, marketing, and revenue operations while maintaining external partnerships. Required experience: 5-7+ years of enterprise sales management in high-growth tech companies. You should have deep experience liaising with senior-level stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and complexity, and leading teams through change. Strong business acumen, experience with large brands, and willingness to travel ~40% are essential. You bring an A-player mindset with bias for action, resilience, and ownership.
