You will lead the engineering organization responsible for building agentic experiences and integrating AI-powered capabilities into the core Iterable application. This role sits within the Nova initiative, a strategic effort to shape how intelligent experiences appear across the platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and scale multiple engineering teams (frontend, backend, applied engineers) building agentic and AI-enabled product experiences
- Provide strategic direction and high-level technical vision for conversational workflows, orchestration layers, and AI-enabled product surfaces
- Balance organizational leadership with hands-on technical guidance
- Define roadmaps, navigate ambiguity, and drive architectural standards in a fast-moving product area
- Deliver complex, high-impact features while building reliable, highly scalable, and usable product capabilities
