Curve Dental is a dental practice management software company providing award-winning solutions for patient scheduling, billing, imaging, and record keeping. The company is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing & Expansion to lead customer engagement and growth initiatives.
In this role, you will own the customer marketing strategy and programs that drive engagement, product adoption, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and advocacy. You'll develop segmented campaigns across key moments in the customer journey—from onboarding and adoption through renewal, expansion, referral, and advocacy. Your responsibilities include building an integrated customer communications calendar across products, audiences, and channels, and translating customer insights and business priorities into clear campaign strategies, messaging, offers, and success measures.
You'll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to uncover customer needs and growth opportunities. While Curve Dental will be your primary focus, you'll also have visibility into and opportunities to support initiatives across the broader portfolio of dental technology brands.
The ideal candidate is an experienced customer marketer who can see the big picture, develop strategy, and execute tactically. You should be strategic and creative, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive measurable growth through customer relationships.
