ClassPass (part of Playlist) is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Corporate Sales in the Netherlands. You will lead a corporate sales team focused on selling ClassPass's wellness platform to enterprise clients across Europe. The role combines strategic team leadership with hands-on sales expertise.
Key responsibilities include managing a dedicated sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories, analyzing performance data to drive team focus and strategy, and leading complex enterprise negotiations with HR decision-makers. You'll communicate progress and obstacles to senior leadership, implement data-driven initiatives to boost team performance, and run company-wide projects that improve overall business metrics.
You'll also manage direct reports through hiring, onboarding, development, and performance reviews. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll work with Corporate Account Management to ensure smooth client onboarding, with other department managers to optimize efficiency, and with C-level stakeholders on strategic initiatives. Additional duties include creating and delivering training materials, attending industry conferences and trade shows, and representing ClassPass at HR/benefits events.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of high performance and team leadership. You should have direct experience selling to HR professionals and knowledge of the employee benefits industry. Strong organizational skills, CRM expertise (Salesforce), and proficiency with standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) are required. You must be an excellent presenter capable of distilling complex information clearly and concisely. Right to work in the Netherlands is mandatory.
