As Senior Manager of Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers while directly owning a portfolio of Flex's most strategic partners. This role bridges partner success and revenue growth, with clear accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term value creation. You will report to the VP of Account Management and translate account strategy into execution. Your responsibilities include owning and growing a mid-market and enterprise account portfolio with focus on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion revenue. You'll develop comprehensive account plans identifying growth opportunities across new products, expanded portfolios, and deeper integrations, while partnering closely with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned strategies. On the relationship side, you'll build and maintain strong senior-level connections within partner organizations, serving as a trusted advisor post-sale. You'll proactively identify partner needs, risks, and opportunities, drive executive business reviews, and escalate issues when necessary. Leadership responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and developing Account Managers as the organization scales, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Operationally, you'll own key metrics around retention, expansion pipeline, adoption, utilization, and partner health. You'll maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to support revenue predictability and leadership reporting, using data to inform strategy and continuously improve team performance. Cross-functionally, you'll collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Partner Success teams to support launches, co-marketing initiatives, and expansion programs, surfacing partner feedback to shape roadmap priorities. You bring 8–12+ years in Account Management, Partner Success, Business Development, or related roles, with at least 3+ years managing people. You have a proven track record driving retention and expansion in existing portfolios, experience managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships in B2B, B2B2C, FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS environments, and strong commercial acumen to identify and close post-sale growth. You're an excellent leader and coach, demonstrate operational discipline with CRM tools and forecasting, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional settings.
