As Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle marketing motion—building systems that capture relationship and account signals over time and convert them into systematic, automated outreach. This is a systems-builder role requiring heavy cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Content, Digital, Field/Events/Partner, and Corporate Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing systems that track signals and automate outreach (event lead follow-up, gifting, opportunity re-engagement)
- Own early-stage conversion motion, moving qualified prospects from first signal to first meeting
- Act as connective tissue across GTM teams, ensuring campaigns are coordinated and effective
- Identify and prioritize warm signals on target accounts, routing them to appropriate internal owners
- Build durable systems and automation with clear success metrics; continuously optimize based on data
- Partner with RevOps on shared infrastructure including lead stage definitions, nurture logic, and routing
You bring 8+ years of proven experience building lifecycle marketing, ABM, or revenue-marketing motions—designing systems, not just running campaigns. You have strong technical fluency with CRM platforms and automation/enrichment tools like Clay, with genuine comfort designing multi-step, data-driven sequences. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution instincts, shipping measurable results. SF Bay Area location is preferred but remote work is available.
