Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower financial security at scale. With record revenue growth and a unicorn valuation, the company has built a suite of products helping millions build credit, access liquidity, and save money.
You will own the hands-on scaling and optimization of lifecycle communications, setting the point of view on how a modern lifecycle program should run and then building it. This is a role for someone who wants to define best practices rather than inherit them. The team is small and ambitious, leveraging AI to move faster than its size would suggest—generating and iterating on creative, building segmentation logic, spinning up campaigns, and pulling and interrogating data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a thought leader for lifecycle strategy, setting standards and raising the bar on testing and measurement
- Expand lifecycle programs across a growing feature set to deepen engagement and drive customer lifetime value
- Ship and test at high volume with rigorous split-testing that produces conclusive results
- Build AI-assisted workflows into team operations (creative production, audience building, campaign QA, analysis) to compound output without growing headcount
- Advance personalization from rules-based branching toward model-driven content selection
- Optimize segmentation, cadence, timing, and touchpoint mix
- Mentor junior teammates through direct feedback and reusable frameworks
You bring 5+ years driving growth in lifecycle or CRM roles, with deep hands-on experience in tools like Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io. You're fluent with AI tools in your workflow, robust with customer event data, and SQL-proficient. You understand hypothesis-driven testing (A/B, MVT, holdout), have strong direct response creative instincts, and can define and break down marketing KPIs from first principles. Fintech or D2C experience is a bonus.
