Salary: USD 150,000 - 208,000 / annual
Chime is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Lifecycle & CRM Marketing team and shape how the company engages, retains, and grows members throughout their lifecycle. You will own the strategy behind complex, high-impact programs across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels, connecting member experiences to key business outcomes including primacy, retention, product attach, ARPAM, and LTV.
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of independence and lead through ambiguity. You'll own lifecycle strategy for a complex, high-impact area of the business, setting clear direction tied to member and business outcomes. You'll design and evolve connected member journeys across multiple channels as member behavior, business priorities, and available data change.
You will develop segmentation and targeting strategies in partnership with Data Science to deliver more personalized, behavior-based programs. You'll set the testing agenda, identify the most valuable questions to answer, run rigorous experiments, and translate findings into strategy. You'll lead cross-functional decisions with Product, Growth, Product Marketing, Creative, Data Science, and Analytics teams, influencing lifecycle processes and capabilities beyond your immediate work.
A key part of this role is leveraging AI tools and automation as a core part of how you work, helping the team move toward more automated and personalized member journeys. You'll also help the Lifecycle team develop stronger ways of working and contribute to lifecycle innovation through data, AI, automation, and personalized cross-channel journeys. You'll know when to escalate while influencing decisions across multiple functions.
