- Grow Wealthsimple Offers and the credit card cashback marketplace across top spend categories (travel, telecom, insurance, entertainment, grocery, transportation)
- Own Milestone Rewards mechanics and partner mix, deciding when to revamp, expand, or retire programs
- Lead commercial negotiations from outreach through signed terms, ensuring economics work for both clients and the business
- Leverage card and marketplace data to identify spend patterns and client value, then win corresponding partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, PMM, Brand, Product, and data teams to launch, measure, and scale programs
- Own quarterly targets: offers live, unique clients engaging, redemption rates, and perks live per quarter
This is a builder's role for someone with proven perks and rewards experience who wants to own the function end-to-end.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, partnerships, and/or product-adjacent roles in banking or customer-focused industries
- Perks and rewards experience: must have built or run a perks, rewards, or loyalty program previously (core requirement, not theoretical)
- Negotiation and commercial ownership: demonstrated track record of driving commercial outcomes, hitting targets, and converting partnerships into value
- Strong analytical and commercial skills: ability to assess trade-offs, economics, and scalability with comfort in spend and redemption data
- Strategic partnership execution: experience developing and executing partnerships requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders and functions
- 0-to-1 operator: experience launching, building, or scaling programs in new markets with high autonomy
- High urgency, strong ownership, and bias for action
NICE TO HAVES:
- Credit card, card-linked offer, interchange, or payments experience
- Loyalty program background at a fintech, financial institution, or consumer brand
- Hands-on data skills: SQL or BI tools (Looker, Preset, Tableau, or similar)
