Lendbuzz, a fintech company specializing in automotive lending, is hiring a Bilingual Dealership Success Associate for their Dallas, TX office. This is a daily in-office role on the inside sales team focused on expanding market reach and building partnerships with dealerships. You will work alongside Account Managers to support and grow existing dealership partnerships while identifying new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include maintaining dealership relationships, providing consultative support to strengthen retention and satisfaction, managing complex sales situations, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams (funding, titles, remarketing, operations). You'll participate in monthly and quarterly sales meetings, contribute to process improvements, and enhance brand visibility through targeted outreach and effective communication. The role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset to spot market opportunities, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is essential for connecting with the multicultural dealership community. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in automotive lending or finance - At least 2 years in your most recent role demonstrating professional growth - Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience highly valued - Ability to work daily in the Dallas, TX office - Strong communicator and negotiator with proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results - Analytical mindset with ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies - Proactive problem-solver thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments - Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred - Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working independently - Customer-focused, organized, and committed to excellence - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required
