Satori Analytics is a pure-play Enterprise AI company with 11 years of track record, 100+ AI solutions in production, and a 90% client retention rate. The company works with 50+ large enterprises across energy, financial services, retail, CPG, manufacturing, and healthcare, embedding teams inside client organizations to deliver GenAI agents, forecasting models, digital twins, and data infrastructure. You will lead Satori's AI Strategy practice, serving as a senior client-facing advisor to C-level executives. Support AI budgeting and portfolio prioritization. - Success Metrics: Define KPI trees and success criteria before development begins, translating them into scope to ensure teams build what actually drives value. - Organizational Advisory: Advise on AI CoE design, governance structures, organizational impact, role changes, and change management. - Practice Leadership: Own the practice's methodology and frameworks. Set quality standards for deliverables. Coach colleagues on strategy engagements. Develop new offerings and thought leadership. - Market Positioning: Work with presales to shape proposals and develop frameworks that advance the market conversation. You will bring an outside-in perspective from comparable enterprises, challenge weak assumptions, and deliver honest judgment rather than enthusiasm. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years at a top-tier management consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent strategy practice, owning workstreams and client relationships - Experience advising multi-billion-dollar enterprises with international exposure - Credible on AI: able to hold substantive conversations with AI engineers and technology leaders and assess feasibility - Executive presence: can command a boardroom and land complex recommendations concisely - KPI-centric and rigorous: reason in metrics, economics, and trade-offs; make ambiguous problems tractable - Ability to raise the quality of colleagues and teams - Fluent in English and Greek - Based in Athens for client visits BONUS: - Deep domain expertise in Energy, Financial Services, Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing - Experience designing AI CoEs and governance, including EU AI Act familiarity - Hands-on delivery experience in data or AI projects, not only advisory - Published thought leadership that shaped market conversation - Advanced degree in quantitative, business, or engineering field
