Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end. This is a strategic and operational role at the intersection of program building and execution.
You will own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets (40% of time), including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. You'll serve as the regional expert ensuring benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant.
A significant portion of the role (30%) involves partnering with cross-functional teams—Legal, Payroll, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue—to launch benefits in new EMEA markets. With 12 new countries planned in FY27, you'll be directly involved in ensuring every launch includes a strong benefits component from day one.
You'll build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA (15%), negotiating terms, evaluating plan options, and ensuring strong value for clients and their employees. You'll also track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets, using insights to inform plan design decisions and report on portfolio health.
As the function matures, you'll take on increasing ownership of the benefits program operating cadence—cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design—helping build the operating system for how Justworks manages international benefits at scale.

Required: 5+ years of experience in international benefits with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets). Experience with benefits program design, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration in a growth-stage or scaling company is essential.
