Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end. This is a strategic and operational role at the intersection of program building and execution.
You will own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets (40% of time), including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. You'll serve as the regional expert ensuring benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant across multiple countries.
A significant portion of the role (30%) involves partnering with cross-functional teams—Legal, Payroll, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue—to launch benefits in new EMEA markets. With 12 new countries planned for FY27, you'll be directly involved in ensuring every launch includes a strong benefits component from day one.
You'll build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA (15%), negotiating terms, evaluating plan options, and ensuring competitive value for clients and their employees.
Data and reporting responsibilities include tracking benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets. You'll use insights to inform plan design decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and report on portfolio health.
As the function matures, you'll take on increasing ownership of the benefits program operating cadence—cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design—helping build the operating system for how Justworks manages international benefits at scale.
