Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to join the ARIA team in Boston. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex integrations that connect Klaviyo's platform with various SaaS systems, databases, and cloud infrastructures. You'll architect robust solutions using AWS, Python, and integration platforms like Workato or Mulesoft to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end integration design and implementation across SaaS platforms; developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure integrations on AWS; automating repetitive tasks using advanced integration tools; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify and solve integration needs; ensuring security and compliance with industry standards; monitoring and troubleshooting integration processes for high system uptime; building and maintaining technical documentation; driving continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends; gathering customer feedback to enhance integration performance; and mentoring junior engineers on integration best practices.
You bring at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing complex integrations using AWS, GitHub, and Python. You have deep expertise with automation tools such as Workato or Mulesoft and a track record of creating efficient workflows. You're an excellent problem solver with strong attention to detail, able to troubleshoot issues quickly. You work well cross-functionally with diverse teams, are customer-focused, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You take ownership of your work, proactively seek process improvements, and are adaptable and eager to learn.
