DeepL is seeking a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for the Global Operators persona—Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development leaders responsible for organizational communication. This role sits at the intersection of integrated marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
You will translate DeepL's AI-powered translation capabilities into compelling, pipeline-driving campaigns tailored to how functional leaders operate and buy. Starting from deep understanding of how Marketing, HR, and L&D leaders think, communicate, and purchase, you'll shape DeepL's offerings into narratives and programs that directly address their priorities.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing multi-channel campaign strategies from concept to launch; partnering with Product Marketing, SDR, Field Marketing, and RevOps to create targeted, personalized programs for high-value accounts; designing and executing ABM programs with tailored messaging and content for prioritized account tiers; maintaining a global campaign calendar and asset library ensuring brand consistency and timely deployment; driving measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and pipeline through KPI tracking and data-driven optimization; and fostering cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve performance and scalability.
You'll report to the Director of Performance Marketing and Campaigns and work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, Regional Marketing, and RevOps teams. The role requires orchestrating campaigns across multiple channels and regions while coordinating with parallel persona tracks (Product, Engineering, Developers) to ensure the overall portfolio campaign reads as one coherent motion.
