Spot & Tango is a VC-backed, high-growth e-commerce startup delivering personalized, subscription-based meal plans for dogs made with human-grade ingredients. As Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Director of Growth Marketing and lead the scaling of their creator partnerships program from ad-hoc operations into a data-driven, systematized revenue engine. You will manage a team of part-time contractors focused on creator sourcing, outreach, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include migrating the creator pipeline from spreadsheets into a proper CRM to track recruitment from cold outreach through contract signing. You'll own the full contracting lifecycle—drafting terms, negotiating rates, tracking usage rights and exclusivity windows, and managing renewals to prevent lapses. On the budget side, you'll allocate the influencer spend across creator tiers and channels, negotiate rates with creators, and track cost-per-deliverable against performance targets. You'll maintain a steady monthly pipeline of high-quality content by assigning creative briefs, reviewing drafts, and providing feedback aligned with the paid social team's standards. You'll also write new briefs based on emerging trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Additionally, you'll run the product gifting and seeding program to build loyalty with micro-influencers and long-tail creators, using targeted sends to drive earned coverage around new product launches. You bring 4+ years of influencer or creator marketing experience, with proven expertise in budget management, agency relationships, and building reporting frameworks. You're an exceptional negotiator with strong analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail on contracts, and the organizational discipline to manage hundreds of simultaneous creator relationships. You understand creator economics and can land rates that work for both the company and creators without damaging relationships.
