GoTo Group seeks an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the digitalization of the company's end-to-end HR ecosystem. In this role, you will own the implementation of HR system projects, manage day-to-day system operations, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct requirement analysis and solutioning for HR system enhancements
- Configure and optimize the Workday HCM platform to support evolving business needs
- Design robust, scalable HR system architecture that supports current and future organizational growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations, and IT teams
- Provide technical advisory and recommend HR process best practices
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance user experience
- Manage system operations, troubleshooting, and support
- Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures
You will be a strategic partner to the HR leadership team, translating business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining system integrity and compliance. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence over HR technology strategy and execution.
