The Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions role is a critical position within the Lifecycle team, serving as an extension of clients' HR departments. In this role, you will manage end-to-end employee offboarding and exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: **Offboarding & Exits:** Manage complex employee separations, terminations, resignations, and redundancy processes across diverse legal jurisdictions. Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and employees, including workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and settlement negotiations. Draft and administer termination documents with precision, ensuring strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations. Coordinate with internal teams (payroll, legal, benefits, time & attendance) and external stakeholders (government bodies, trade unions, legal counsel) to ensure compliant and timely offboarding. **Employee Relations Support:** Provide first-level guidance on workplace concerns, conduct preliminary assessments of employee relations matters, and identify applicable local regulations. Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation requirements. Monitor ongoing cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for appropriate resolution. **Strategic Contributions:** Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and product enhancements. Serve as subject-matter expert on offboarding and employee relations matters, responding to internal and external queries. Contribute to Remote's strategic goals while maintaining the company's core values of innovation and excellence. You'll work asynchronously with a distributed team across 6 continents, leveraging automation and AI capabilities to enhance operational capacity and customer experience.
