Klaviyo seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across EMEA, with primary focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) teams including Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. Based in London (hybrid, 3 days/week in office), you will partner with leaders across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and broader EMEA region, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
Key responsibilities include: executing Klaviyo's HRBP Playbook; providing strategic HR partnership and executive coaching to GTM leaders; applying deep employment law expertise across multiple EMEA jurisdictions to guide complex employee relations situations; collaborating with works councils and employee representative bodies; partnering with the DEI team to build diverse and inclusive teams; using people analytics to identify trends and translate them into organizational strategies; and launching talent management initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational design.
You will report to the Director of HR International and manage a broad, diverse client group across geographies. Success means becoming a trusted advisor sought out for expertise, building strong presence across EMEA despite geographic distribution, handling employment law situations with confidence and pragmatism, delivering measurably better partnership experiences for GTM clients as Klaviyo scales, and grounding people decisions in data.
Required: BA/BSc in Human Resources or related field; 7+ years as an HRBP with significant EMEA experience; deep pan-EMEA HR expertise with strong understanding of cultural, legal, and organizational landscapes across multiple jurisdictions; demonstrated experience navigating complex employment law and employee relations. Preferred: experience with works councils and employee representative bodies. This is a full-time permanent contract role.
