Salary: USD 110,000 - 166,000 / annual

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to grow our culture of innovation and scale our award-winning team. This is a dynamic, hands-on partnership role for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership Support (40%): Partner with management teams to execute HR programs and initiatives driving employee engagement and retention. Assess organizational health and effectiveness regularly, identifying improvement opportunities. Utilize people metrics to drive insights around growth and retention. Collaborate on organizational change initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, and program rollouts. Lead coaching and feedback efforts with recommendations based on experience and in-depth knowledge. Partner across departments to solidify communication, collaboration, and effective workflow. AI-Driven HRBP Transformation (20%): Support evaluation, piloting, and deployment of AI/ML tools for the People organization to automate high-volume HRBP activities such as performance cycle summary generation and organizational health assessments. Proactively review and document HRBP workflows, identifying high-friction processes and designing scalable, AI-augmented solutions to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage advanced people metrics and analysis for actionable insights on talent growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Global Employee Relations and Program Execution (20%): Partner with US-based HR teams to lead complex employee relations cases including workplace investigations and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with global employment laws. Collaborate with People Team specialists to execute core HR programs enhancing engagement and retention. Establish cross-functional relationships ensuring consistent communication and legal compliance. Support international mobility and cross-border employment matters as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of related experience in Human Resources, preferably in SaaS or hi-tech industry. Minimum 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting employees and people managers across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. Proven track record managing complex global employee relations cases and supporting organizational programs. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive HR process efficiency. Work effectively with global and distributed teams in fast-paced environments with can-do attitude, customer-focused problem-solving, solid business acumen, strong program/project management skills, ability to prioritize competing priorities, and high attention to detail.
