Orca Security, a $1.8B cloud security unicorn backed by Capital G, ICONIQ, and GGV, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its rapidly growing Go-To-Market organization across the Americas (US, Canada, and LatAm). Reporting to the SVP of HR, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to GTM leaders in Sales, Success, and Marketing, managing the full employee lifecycle while aligning People strategies with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include: managing employee lifecycle activities across the Americas region; acting as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership; supporting organizational design and culture engagement initiatives; leading talent and succession planning sessions; supporting headcount planning and people-related cost management; analyzing HR metrics to drive actionable insights; and coaching managers and employees on performance and engagement.

Required qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at SaaS/tech companies (Business Partner and Regional HR experience preferred); Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; proven experience supporting GTM employees; strong business acumen connecting People strategy to company objectives; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; strong organizational and project management abilities; proficiency with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms (TriNet, Bob, etc.); and comfort in fast-paced, collaborative, scaling environments.
Bonus qualifications include experience at late-stage startups or early growth-stage companies, familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), and cybersecurity industry background.
