You'll be a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Perk Events team, a new vertical scaling from startup to growth stage. This role focuses on building the frontend experiences for the group travel and events product—a complex, multi-sided platform serving corporate event planners, Perk support specialists, suppliers, and event participants. You'll shape how these experiences integrate across the broader Perk platform (travel, spend management).
As a Senior at Perk, you'll go beyond feature delivery to influence the "what" and "why" of product decisions. You'll architect solutions for today and tomorrow, writing design documents and managing technical debt. You'll lead across team boundaries, communicating complex ideas and driving alignment across squads. You'll mentor junior engineers, raise the bar for technical quality, and contribute to quarterly goals and long-term vision alongside your Product Manager and Engineering Manager.
You'll participate in engineering guilds, design doc reviews, and cross-squad initiatives. The role requires being based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub, with an IRL-first approach: 3 days per week in-office.
