Yellow Card is the largest licensed stablecoin-based infrastructure provider operating across 60+ countries, offering stablecoin payment infrastructure, fiat settlement rails, wallet services, and custom local stablecoin issuance across 50 emerging markets. You will join the Commercial Pod as a Senior Frontend Engineer, owning significant surfaces of the B2B suite and contributing to the shared design system. This team owns the systems that power trade execution, treasury operations, commercial operations, and internal tooling for operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end delivery of frontend features from design through production and monitoring
- Build and extend Vue 3 components in the design system, focusing on API surface and developer experience
- Integrate against REST APIs fronting serverless and EKS services, handling async behavior, eventual consistency, retries, and partial failure states
- Instrument and monitor frontend work in Datadog with correlation IDs to backend systems
- Write and review design docs, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and help shape engineering standards
- Provide clear communication on feature development status to team and stakeholders
- Ensure quality through thorough testing and peer review
- Participate in Commercial dev support rotation (roughly once every five weeks)
- Demonstrate humility, creativity, and independence
Tech stack: Vue 3 (Composition API), TypeScript, Pinia, Vite, Vitest, Storybook, SCSS with Figma design tokens, internal design system on AWS CodeArtifact, Node.js, Serverless Framework, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, EKS, Valkey, Datadog, GitHub Actions.
You bring 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with expert-level proficiency in Vue 3, Composition API, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, component-based architecture, and state management (Pinia). Full-stack experience is a plus. FinTech or crypto product experience strongly preferred. You communicate clearly, take strong ownership, and are passionate about exceptional user experiences.
