Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to own financial analyses underpinning major R&D initiatives and existing products. This role bridges finance and engineering, translating complex technical problems into quantitative financial frameworks. Key responsibilities include: • Own end-to-end financial projects from definition through implementation, solving ambiguous, messy problems with minimal prescription. Execute both quick-turn analyses and scalable long-term solutions. • Lead cross-functional project management across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments. Manage stakeholder alignment through meetings and communications with large groups and senior leadership. • Build and own detailed financial models end-to-end: P&L models for products, business lines, divisions, and acquisitions; novel financial frameworks for operational decisions (facilities, manufacturing, supply chain). • Establish a "value engineering" muscle by creating transparency into material costs, building cost-target models, developing cost-reduction roadmaps with Engineering and Supply Chain teams, and helping executives navigate product feature vs. cost vs. profitability tradeoffs. • Provide financial and business perspective on engineering plans ("red-teaming"). Required qualifications: 5+ years in manufacturing finance, engineering finance, or finance at a high-growth hardware company. Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts. Excellent analytical aptitude and Excel proficiency. Ability to quantify complex, ambiguous problems. Comfort with corporate systems (Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytics tools (Palantir Foundry). Strong communication skills for broad visibility and senior leadership interaction. Must be a U.S. Person with access to U.S. export-controlled information.
