Camunda is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing strategy and execution across EMEA North (UKI, Benelux, Nordics). This role serves as the regional marketing owner, partnering closely with local sales leadership to develop and activate localized marketing programs that support awareness, demand generation, and deal acceleration.
You will be responsible for translating global campaigns into region-specific initiatives, managing all aspects of in-person and virtual events, and designing account-based marketing programs that advance opportunities and influence buying committees. Key responsibilities include building regional marketing plans aligned with sales goals, executing lead generation and nurturing programs, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and providing data-driven insights on program performance and pipeline impact.
You'll collaborate extensively with Integrated Campaign Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution. The role requires strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate independently with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Required experience includes significant B2B or SaaS marketing background with demonstrated success in field marketing, regional programs, or demand generation. You must have proven ability to partner with sales leaders, strong event management and campaign execution experience, proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms, and strong analytical skills to assess program performance and revenue impact. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Nice-to-have experience includes marketing to enterprise or technical buyers in process automation, orchestration, or developer-facing software, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
