As Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Enterprise segment, you will serve as the de facto CMO for Verkada's Enterprise business line, partnering closely with sales leadership to drive pipeline generation and revenue targets. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you own marketing and demand generation for the largest enterprise accounts globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as primary marketing counterpart to Enterprise sales leadership, ensuring pipeline goals align with revenue targets
- Execute regional and local campaigns—Verkada-hosted events, trade shows, webinars, and partner-led initiatives—to drive qualified pipeline
- Develop and execute account-based marketing programs, coaching sales reps on self-service execution
- Build thought leadership and executive engagement initiatives around physical security and cloud technology
- Advise the corporate demand generation hub on campaign development, planning, execution, and measurement
- Partner with channel and strategic partners to develop marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with product marketing to refine positioning, messaging, customer advocacy, and sales enablement assets
You bring 7–12 years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in Enterprise marketing. You excel at logistically executing multiple concurrent events with strong pre/during/post motions and cross-functional coordination. You have proven success working with channel partners, understanding buyer personas, and acting as a peer advisor to sales leadership. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, have a track record of creative demand generation, and are willing to travel 30–40% (1–2 days/week average). Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset required.
