As Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Enterprise segment, you will serve as the de facto CMO for this business line and a core member of the Go-To-Market team. You'll own strategic direction and demand generation for Enterprise sales, building pipeline from the largest companies globally. Success in this role directly translates to millions of dollars in pipeline creation. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with sales leadership to ensure pipeline targets align with revenue goals - Execute regional and local campaigns (Verkada-hosted events, trade shows, webinars, partner programs) - Develop and execute account-based marketing programs, enabling sales reps to execute elements independently - Drive local thought leadership, customer executive engagement, and community building around physical security and cloud solutions - Advise corporate demand generation teams on campaign development, execution, and measurement - Collaborate with channel partners on marketing and customer engagement strategies - Work with product marketing to develop positioning, messaging, customer advocacy, and assets for the Enterprise segment You bring 7-12 years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in Enterprise marketing. You excel at logistically executing multiple concurrent events with strong pre/during/post motions and cross-functional coordination. You have proven success working with channel and strategic partners, understanding buyer personas and value propositions, and advising sales leadership as a peer. You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, ambiguous environments and have a track record of creative, out-of-the-box demand generation programs. Travel requirement: 30-40% (1-2 days/week average).
