Nimble is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own the company's field marketing strategy and execution. This role encompasses planning and logistics for industry conferences, regional summits, developer hackathons, meetups, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and customer events. You will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Ecosystem, Sales, and leadership teams, operating with significant autonomy and accountability. The position requires a data-driven approach to measure and optimize the ROI and impact of each event and initiative. You will manage all aspects of field marketing execution without a dedicated coordinator, from initial planning through post-event follow-up and analysis. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement through strategic field presence and event execution.
