Antithesis is hiring its first Senior Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, based in London. The company builds a platform for testing and releasing distributed systems, trusted by engineering teams who need rock-solid reliability and deep technical visibility.
In this role, you will own the full regional marketing strategy and execution for EMEA. You'll develop and manage the annual and quarterly events calendar and budget, aligning global priorities with local market needs. You'll lead end-to-end planning for trade shows, conferences, meetups, and sponsorships—handling logistics, vendor management, equipment, catering, travel, collateral, and swag.
Key responsibilities include driving community engagement by partnering with Developer Education to support grassroots programs, meetups, and champion networks that foster adoption. You'll adapt global marketing initiatives for the region, ensuring cultural, language, and compliance alignment. Cross-functional collaboration is essential: you'll work closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration, and with Marketing teams to plan pre-, during-, and post-event engagement.
You'll measure and optimize all regional programs, tracking performance, budgets, and ROI to deliver actionable insights. You'll also support flagship global events, including bi-annual company-wide events and the user conference Bug Bash, occasionally traveling to the United States.
Travel expectations are up to 50% during peak conference season, averaging 25–30% annually, primarily across EMEA. When not traveling, you'll work from the London office near Tower Bridge.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud industries. You should have proven success executing regional programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth, strong experience managing events of all sizes, and hands-on expertise with event sponsorships including contract negotiation and vendor management. Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements is important. You'll thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects against tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Developer Education teams. Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is preferred. Above all, you should be passionate about developer communities and distributed systems.
