Wiz, a fastest-growing cloud and AI security platform (recently acquired by Google), is seeking a Senior Field Events Manager to lead and execute the field event strategy across North America. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Field Events, you will own end-to-end planning and execution of regional programs—from major cloud service provider sponsorships and Wiz-curated technical summits to high-touch executive gatherings—designed to drive pipeline, elevate brand presence, and deliver a unified Wiz experience across the territory. Key responsibilities include: analyzing North American market needs and applying global event strategy to regional priorities; leading flawless program execution across third-party sponsorships and owned events, including site selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and onsite management; owning event content, speaker recruitment, and sponsorship models; partnering with Regional Field Marketing to enable field teams with localized strategies, playbooks, and toolkits; managing territorial budgets and establishing KPIs to measure pipeline contribution and ROI; and adapting global field event playbooks to ensure brand consistency across all North American touchpoints. You will work autonomously to own the geographic territory's event execution while driving cross-functional alignment with marketing, sales, and leadership. The role requires 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale B2B field events and enterprise trade shows in SaaS or cybersecurity, with a proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth. Strong organizational skills, vendor management, budget oversight, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments are essential. Willingness to travel 20–30% across North America for key regional programs is required. Preferred qualifications include experience designing executive-level engagement programs, proficiency with enterprise marketing and event technology (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Marketo, AirTable, ReachDesk), data-driven event attribution modeling, and experience with Looker for ROI analysis.
