Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company building NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform that helps organizations proactively identify and fix exploitable attack vectors. The platform is FedRAMP High Authorized and available through the Platform One Solutions Marketplace, serving IT Ops, SecOps teams, consultants, and managed service providers across enterprises and government agencies. You will own and grow a defined portfolio of cabinet-level civilian agencies and their component bureaus as a quota-carrying individual contributor. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for mission discovery, sponsor development, proof of value, contract vehicle selection, close, and expansion. You'll carry an annual net-new ARR quota with defined expansion and renewal-protection targets. Key responsibilities include: developing mission-aligned account plans connecting NodeZero outcomes to specific mission systems and funded programs; prospecting into agency CISOs, ISSOs, SOCs, and program offices; qualifying opportunities against federal buying reality (active mission need, named sponsor, identified funding, clear authorization path); running proof-of-value engagements with Federal Sales Engineering; positioning NodeZero against federal mandates (CISA BOD 26-04, OMB M-22-09, Federal Zero Trust Strategy, FISMA, NIST standards); navigating federal procurement end-to-end (GSA schedules, GWACs, SEWP, P1 Marketplace, BPAs); building and monetizing channel and integrator relationships; maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce with realistic forecasting; delivering weekly forecasts and quarterly business reviews; representing Horizon3 at federal industry events; and protecting/expanding existing customer relationships. You must have 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales experience, with 5+ years selling directly to U.S. federal civilian agencies and 3+ years selling cybersecurity/INFOSEC solutions. You need a demonstrated track record of consistent quota overachievement against multi-million dollar numbers, existing verifiable relationships across multiple cabinet-level agencies, and deep understanding of federal procurement mechanics, contract vehicles, and authorization processes.
