You will serve as Senior Executive Sourcer, leading talent discovery and market intelligence for Shield AI's engineering organizations across aerospace, autonomy, AI, and advanced hardware. This is a strategic sourcing role focused on building repeatable talent acquisition systems rather than transactional resume screening.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing precision sourcing strategies for complex, highly specialized engineering roles
- Conducting market mapping and competitive talent intelligence across aerospace and AI sectors
- Proactively generating and cultivating candidate pipelines
- Serving as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring leaders
- Leveraging AI tools and modern sourcing practices to identify world-class engineering talent
- Building relationships and intelligence networks within the defense-tech and aerospace communities
- Creating scalable sourcing processes that fuel the engineering hiring engine
You'll be the go-to expert for talent intelligence, responsible for translating complex hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies. This role requires deep expertise in executive-level sourcing, market knowledge of specialized engineering talent pools, and the ability to work cross-functionally with hiring teams across multiple business units.
