Salary: USD 125,000 - 160,000 / annual
Zocdoc is a leading digital health marketplace helping millions of patients find and book healthcare providers. As Senior Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted business partner to the C-suite leadership team, optimizing their time and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities include:
**Calendar & Meeting Management**
- Full ownership of multiple calendars for C-suite executives
- Manage recurring and ad hoc meetings with efficiency and organization
- Prepare agendas, take notes, distribute action items, and coordinate meeting logistics
- Assist in scheduling and running high-profile meetings including executive off-sites and staff meetings
- Coordinate attendee communications and venue management
**Travel & Logistics**
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements with all necessary documentation
- Manage health and tech-related conference coordination as needed
- Handle expense reports and company documents/contracts
**Collaboration & Support**
- Work closely with the broader EA team on projects and events
- Understand executive preferences regarding meeting cadence, travel logistics, and conference room setup
- Maintain strong communication across all mediums (in-person, Slack, email, phone)
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
**Work Environment**
Hybrid role based at Zocdoc's Soho location in New York. Regular schedule Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with 4 days/week required onsite. 24/7 availability as needed.

**Requirements**
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior-level executives
- Superb communication and relationship management skills with ability to keep stakeholders informed across multiple channels
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high professionalism and discretion
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to adapt to various personalities and rapidly shifting priorities
- Fundamental understanding of urgency and passion for getting results
- Humility and respect for all colleagues regardless of title or tenure
- Consultative, confident, and compassionate approach to problem-solving
