Vanta is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to join its Strategic Events team, which creates high-impact experiences connecting the company with customers, prospects, partners, and the broader cybersecurity community. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of Vanta's presence at major Tier 1 conference sponsorships including RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, and AWS re:Invent, as well as flagship programs like Vantacon and Trust Tours. Key responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship logistics, exhibit planning, booth design, and on-site execution across multiple overlapping timelines. You'll manage sponsor deliverables such as speaking submissions, digital placements, lead retrieval, and co-marketing activations. The role requires maintaining detailed planning calendars and project trackers, identifying dependencies early, and flagging execution risks to keep programs on track. You'll partner cross-functionally with Design, PMM, Project Management, Revenue, and Field Marketing teams to coordinate conference activations and support pre- and post-event follow-up. Working with agencies, conference organizers, vendors, and internal partners, you'll coordinate deliverables and resolve logistics issues. You'll also collect event performance data including booth traffic, meetings sourced, and pipeline contribution to support ROI reporting. Success in this role requires 4+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or conference production experience with hands-on support for large-scale third-party conferences and in-house flagship events. Experience with third-party event infrastructure, conference organizers, agencies, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, and exhibit logistics is essential. Cybersecurity or cloud conference experience—particularly with RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, or AWS re:Invent—is strongly preferred. You should be highly organized and execution-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines. A collaborative mindset, strong judgment, and willingness to jump in across different programs are critical. Comfort working with Revenue and Field Marketing teams and familiarity with how events support pipeline goals are expected. The role involves approximately 25–30% travel, including domestic and international. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work.
