As Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will own Rillet's field marketing motion, designing and executing high-impact in-person experiences that connect directly with CFOs, finance leaders, and operators to drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles. This is a revenue-focused role, not event coordination. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute Rillet's field marketing strategy and program calendar, including executive dinners, regional events, conferences, and partner activations - Design high-touch experiences that resonate with finance leaders and reflect Rillet's brand positioning - Identify priority markets, industries, and programs with highest pipeline impact - Build account-based field programs targeting priority accounts - Partner closely with Sales on ICP targeting, account lists, meeting goals, and follow-up strategy - Manage venues, vendors, sponsorships, logistics, timelines, and budgets - Oversee on-site execution and attendee experience - Facilitate introductions and support deal progression in real time - Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content on pre- and post-event engagement - Track performance metrics including meetings generated, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, and conversion rates - Continuously test and refine programs to increase ROI and repeatability You'll need 7-12 years of field marketing, demand generation, or event-driven pipeline experience in B2B SaaS or technology. Proven track record owning programs that generate pipeline and influence revenue is essential. Strong operational skills managing complex events and budgets, ability to operate confidently in executive environments, and data-driven mindset focused on pipeline impact and ROI are critical. Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups is preferred. Rillet values speed, agency, and flexibility.
