Elliptic is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join its global sales team in the APAC region, reporting to the VP of APAC. This role focuses on winning new enterprise customers in the financial services sector, particularly banks and asset managers, by selling Elliptic's AML and crypto crime detection solutions.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying strategic prospects to conducting product demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Your expertise will span Elliptic's product capabilities, customer use cases, and the evolving APAC regulatory landscape around digital assets and AML compliance. You'll leverage sales tools like Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn, and HubSpot to build pipeline and forecast accurately.
Key responsibilities include identifying enterprise prospects across APAC, building and executing scalable sales strategies, delivering tailored product presentations, managing commercial negotiations, attending customer meetings and regional events, leading cross-functional teams on complex deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of hunting new logos and engaging C-suite buyers. You should have deep knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and asset management sectors, plus experience navigating complex 6–12 month sales cycles involving RFIs and RFPs. MEDDPICC sales methodology experience is required. A genuine passion for the Web3/blockchain/digital assets ecosystem and fluent Mandarin are essential. Bonus qualifications include existing networks in the digital assets community, AML/compliance knowledge, and Japanese or Korean language skills.
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, are self-directed and adaptable, and comfortable with regular travel across APAC. The role offers hybrid flexibility (up to 90 days remote annually), quarterly team off-sites, learning & development budget, comprehensive health insurance, and 24 days annual leave.
