ApplyBoard is seeking a Senior Enterprise Recruitment Representative to represent Algoma University in South India. This is a hands-on, field-focused role responsible for driving enrollment growth, enhancing partner satisfaction, and serving as a key liaison between the university, ApplyBoard, and external recruitment partners (agents).
Key responsibilities include executing and optimizing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals, enhancing conversion rates through partner activation and training, promoting premium service adoption, and customizing engagement models aligned with institutional priorities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for institutional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across ApplyBoard teams. The role involves significant travel and on-the-ground stakeholder coordination.
Additional duties include managing CRM records to document partner activities and performance data, conducting regular check-ins with the institution's international recruitment and admissions teams, assisting in organizing monthly conversion workshops and training sessions, and addressing partner-specific needs through cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools, and strong problem-solving abilities. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
