Ranger AI is an industrial-grade knowledge and agentic AI platform designed for complex, document-heavy, multi-stakeholder workflows in high-stakes environments. The company orchestrates processes like industrial bidding, tendering, and governed digital workflows with full traceability, citation, and human oversight. Founded in 2024 and backed by Bonfire Ventures, 25 Madison, and Inovia, Ranger serves clients in energy, pharma, manufacturing, and petrochemical sectors across North America, Europe, and MENA. As Senior Enterprise Growth Marketer, you will drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth for Ranger's enterprise offerings. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies targeting priority industries including energy, manufacturing, contracting, and pharma. Key responsibilities include defining positioning and messaging, conducting market and customer research, building and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs, and partnering with sales on account-based initiatives and enablement materials. You'll track performance metrics, refine growth experiments, support customer lifecycle programs, and collaborate with product and leadership on go-to-market plans. You bring 5+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience as a high-performing individual contributor. You have genuine fluency in enterprise marketing motions: account-based programs, long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and technical content. Your career has been shaped by agency or digital-first startup environments where you owned end-to-end execution and managed freelance and design resources. You're fluent in modern AI tools for marketing and operational work, capable of designing and running AI-driven workflows. Strong written communication, editorial judgment, and community building are core strengths. Industrial sector experience (energy, defense, manufacturing, pharma, petrochemical) is a plus but not required. Compensation: CAD 90K–120K base salary plus variable compensation tied to business KPIs. The role is remote-based in Canada with flexibility across the organization's global footprint.
