Salary: USD 123,000 - 130,000 / annual
Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention and revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while ensuring customers achieve measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include managing complex enterprise renewals to achieve high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and ensure long-term partnership continuity. You will drive strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple products, markets, or divisions to deliver sustained Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth. You'll develop multi-year account strategies and executive engagement plans aligned with customer priorities, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and value realization.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a unified customer experience and advocate for customer needs. Additionally, you'll provide customer and market feedback to inform commercial strategy, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
You bring extensive experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment, with proven success driving multi-year renewals, upsells, and NRR growth in complex customer environments. You possess exceptional commercial acumen and executive communication skills, strong negotiation and influencing abilities, and expertise in building cross-functional partnerships and managing matrixed stakeholders. You are confident, analytical, and data-driven, delivering measurable business impact. Understanding of the digital advertising/search marketing industry is preferred.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $123,000–$130,000 per year plus commission. The role offers flexible working options, 20 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 10 paid holidays annually.
