Via Transportation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the North American Western territory. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role focused on building and closing partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators. Key responsibilities include executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the West's unique public-sector procurement landscape, navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial conversation through contract signature. You'll create data-driven business cases demonstrating how Via's platform improves ridership, efficiency, and sustainability for cities and regions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help city leaders and mobility operators design future transit networks, identify funding mechanisms, and navigate operational and political constraints. You'll represent Via externally through conferences, industry events, and thought leadership activities, while sharing market intelligence with product and strategy teams to inform company direction. Required qualifications include 6+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategy experience with a proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder deals. A background in public transport or mobility is strongly preferred. You should demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills, the ability to adapt communication style across audiences, and sound commercial judgment. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in high-ownership collaborative environments. Via offers a competitive salary range of $145,000–$165,000 (plus equity and variable pay), comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, fully paid parental leave, 20 days PTO, and additional wellness benefits including family planning, mental health support, and pet insurance.
